Personal data are not transferred outside the European Union, except where such transfer results from the use of external payment operators (e.g. Stripe), who ensure an adequate level of data protection in accordance with GDPR.
9. Data Security
The Seller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
10. Final Provisions
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date of its publication on the Store’s website.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
